1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in the Play with Purpose program (“the Program”) offered by Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not enroll in or access the Program.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Play with Purpose is a 4-week online parenting program that includes:

  • Pre-recorded audio training modules (lifetime access)
  • Digital workbook and resources (lifetime access)
  • Access to private community platform (Band app) during active cohorts
  • Optional live group coaching sessions offered 3 times per year
  • Ability to join multiple live cohorts at no additional charge

The Program is designed to help parents understand play barriers, discover their play language, use play as a discipline tool, and create family traditions.

2.1 Live Sessions

  • Live coaching sessions are offered approximately 3 times per year (schedule subject to change)
  • Live sessions are optional; you are not required to attend to benefit from the Program
  • You may join as many live cohorts as you wish at no additional cost
  • Live sessions are NOT recorded and replays are NOT available due to the personal and confidential nature of group coaching
  • If you cannot attend a live session, you will not have access to that content

3. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

3.1 Registration

  • Enrollment is complete upon payment of the program fee
  • Program access to digital materials begins immediately upon payment
  • Payment must be received in full before accessing program materials unless a payment plan has been arranged

3.2 Payment

  • All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges

3.3 Payment Plans

  • If a payment plan is offered and selected, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of program participation
  • Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to program materials
  • Access to content will be restored upon receipt of payment

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued after enrollment, regardless of participation level or satisfaction with the Program
  • This includes circumstances where you:
    • Do not attend live sessions
    • Do not access program materials
    • Experience technical difficulties on your end
    • Change your mind about participation
    • Experience life circumstances that prevent participation
    • Cannot attend scheduled live cohort dates

4.2 Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:
    • Program cancellation by Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC with no future cohorts scheduled
    • Duplicate payment processing errors
    • Technical issues on our end that prevent access to digital program materials for more than 14 consecutive days

5. PROGRAM ACCESS

5.1 Access Duration

  • Digital materials (audio training and workbook): Lifetime access
  • Live sessions: Optional, offered approximately 3 times per year; you may join any or all cohorts at no additional charge
  • Community platform access: Available during active live cohorts; access may be suspended between cohorts
  • Live session recordings: NOT available – sessions are NOT recorded due to the confidential nature of group coaching

5.2 Live Cohort Scheduling

  • Live cohorts are scheduled at our discretion, approximately 3 times per year
  • Dates and times are announced in advance via email
  • We are not obligated to offer live sessions on any specific schedule
  • You are responsible for ensuring you can attend scheduled live session times
  • We are not responsible if scheduled times do not work with your availability

5.3 Access Restrictions

  • Program access is non-transferable
  • You may not share your login credentials with others
  • Only the enrolled individual may access program materials
  • Spouses/partners may participate in live sessions but must not share access credentials or digital materials

5.4 Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have:
    • Reliable internet connection
    • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
    • Updated web browser
    • Access to email for program communications
    • Video conferencing capability for live sessions (if participating)
  • We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent participation

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership

  • All Program content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, workbooks, handouts, slides, and materials, are the intellectual property of Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC and Adriane Thompson
  • Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws

6.2 Limited License

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program materials for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not:
    • Record, screenshot, or reproduce any live sessions or content
    • Share, distribute, or resell any Program materials
    • Use Program content to create derivative works
    • Teach or present Program concepts as your own
    • Share login credentials or access with others

6.3 Violations

  • Violation of intellectual property rights may result in:
    • Immediate termination of Program access without refund
    • Legal action to protect our rights
    • Financial damages as permitted by law

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

7.1 Your Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • We collect and use your information to deliver the Program and communicate with you
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Program (e.g., payment processors, email providers)

7.2 Group Confidentiality

  • Live sessions may include other participants
  • What is shared in group sessions should be kept confidential
  • You agree not to share other participants’ personal information or stories
  • We cannot guarantee other participants will maintain confidentiality, though we strongly encourage it
  • Because live sessions are not recorded, confidentiality is paramount

7.3 No Recordings Policy

  • Live sessions are NOT recorded by Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC
  • You may NOT record, screenshot, or capture any portion of live sessions
  • This policy protects the privacy and safety of all participants
  • Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund

7.4 Testimonials

  • We may request permission to use your testimonials, feedback, or transformation stories for marketing purposes
  • You may decline such requests without penalty
  • We will not use your personal information in marketing without your explicit consent

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.1 Educational Purpose

  • The Program is for educational and informational purposes only
  • Content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • We do not provide mental health counseling, therapy, or medical treatment

8.2 No Guarantees

  • We make no guarantees or warranties about:
    • Specific results or outcomes
    • Changes in your child’s behavior
    • Improvements in family relationships
    • Resolution of parenting challenges
  • Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and implementation

8.3 “As Is” Basis

  • The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that:
    • The Program will be uninterrupted or error-free
    • Defects will be corrected
    • The Program is free of viruses or harmful components
    • Live sessions will be offered on any specific schedule

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Maximum Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program

9.2 Excluded Damages

  • We are not liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
    • Damages arising from your inability to attend live sessions
    • Damages arising from your inability to use the Program
    • Damages resulting from your implementation (or failure to implement) Program teachings
    • Missed live sessions due to scheduling conflicts

9.3 Parenting Decisions

  • You are solely responsible for all parenting decisions and actions you take
  • We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your application of Program concepts
  • You agree to use your own judgment when implementing strategies with your children

10. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

10.1 Not a Substitute

  • The Program does not replace professional services, including:
    • Mental health counseling or therapy
    • Medical advice or treatment
    • Legal advice
    • Educational assessment or intervention
    • Child protective services
    • Psychological or psychiatric evaluation

10.2 When to Seek Help

  • If you or your child are experiencing:
    • Mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts
    • Abuse or neglect
    • Severe behavioral or emotional problems
    • Medical or developmental concerns
  • Please seek appropriate professional help immediately

10.3 Mandated Reporting

  • As a mandated reporter in the State of Arizona, if I become aware of child abuse or neglect, I am legally required to report it to appropriate authorities

11. CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION

11.1 Expected Conduct

  • You agree to:
    • Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
    • Maintain confidentiality of others’ personal information
    • Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or offensive behavior
    • Use the community platform appropriately
    • Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated businesses
    • Respect the “no recording” policy for live sessions

11.2 Prohibited Actions

  • You may not:
    • Record, screenshot, or capture any portion of live sessions
    • Share copyrighted Program materials
    • Harass, bully, or discriminate against others
    • Share graphic, violent, or inappropriate content
    • Attempt to provide professional services to other participants (therapy, medical advice, etc.)
    • Violate others’ privacy or confidentiality

11.3 Removal

  • We reserve the right to remove you from the Program without refund if you:
    • Violate these Terms and Conditions
    • Engage in disruptive or harmful behavior
    • Violate intellectual property rights
    • Record or share live session content
    • Threaten the safety or wellbeing of others

12. MODIFICATIONS TO PROGRAM

12.1 Right to Modify

  • We reserve the right to:
    • Modify Program content, structure, or digital materials
    • Change the schedule, frequency, or format of live sessions
    • Cancel or reschedule individual live sessions with reasonable notice
    • Substitute facilitators if necessary
    • Change the community platform or technology used
    • Update materials and resources
    • Discontinue offering live sessions entirely (you will retain access to digital materials)

12.2 Notice

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes
  • Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications
  • We are not obligated to offer live sessions on any specific schedule

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of God
  • Internet or technology failures
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Personal emergencies or illness

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule live sessions or provide alternative access to Program content. However, we are not obligated to do so and no refunds will be issued.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC, Adriane Thompson, and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Program
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your implementation of Program concepts
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your recording or sharing of live session content
  • Your breach of confidentiality

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles

15.2 Arbitration

  • Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
  • Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

15.3 Exceptions

  • Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Raising Kids With Purpose, LLC regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

18. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enrolling in Play with Purpose, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand scheduling of live sessions is at our discretion and may not align with your availability
  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by these terms
  • You understand the refund policy (no refunds)
  • You understand this is an educational program, not professional counseling or therapy
  • You are responsible for your own parenting decisions and outcomes
  • You understand that live sessions are optional, offered approximately 3 times per year, and are NOT recorded
  • You understand you have lifetime access to digital materials but no guaranteed access to live sessions
  • You understand you may not record, screenshot, or share live session content
